Dr. Terry Billings, DDS

They are all about money. Dr. Levy said my daughter needed two fillings on one side. They wouldn’t let me go to the back with her and after the appointment my daughter was crying. They wouldn’t let her tell me what was wrong, talking with over her saying that she is fine. When I got to the pay desk, I received an 800 dollar bill. My daughter started crying again, telling me that they put a cap in her mouth. This was not okayed with me before it was done. Beware of these people.

Had my teeth cleaned and some fillings done and my teeth still do not feel clean. The sensitivity stemming from the fillings is outrageous. Never felt this bad with feelings before. Not satisfied.

Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else. I was sad to leave because, the staff and my dental hygienist, Jessica were absolutely amazing. Dr. Billings, however, NOT so much. Treats his patients like they’re nothing but a number with the worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered or seen. I also didn’t like the fact that rooms are maintained completely open. So there’s no privacy when you’re getting a cleaning or work done. You can hear staff and patients walking past your door and you’re sitting with your mouth wide open. No, thank you!

Suzette and the office staff are wonderful, but Dr. Billings' actions seem to be focused only on making money. Very disappointing.

He's a crook and a quack. I don't want to go into details but DO NOT USE HIM. He is also loud and arrogant and full of himself. Why I am not sure

I highly recommend Billings Family Dental. Dr. Billings and his staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping their patients. I first saw Dr. Billings over a year ago for TMJ and jaw pain, and thanks to his treatment, my pain has resolved. I am so appreciative for Dr. Billings' help!

I brush 2x a day, floss EVERY day, am young, rarely eat sugar, don't drink soda, and don't chew tobacco or smoke. Dr. Billings somehow extrapolated from my x-rays that I "needed" 3 crowns and 3 fillings. He ignored my insurance plan and tried to charge his own rate for the fillings (almost 5x what I am supposed to pay). I switched dentists as soon as I could (and no, I didn't need crowns). Always double check what they're telling you you're supposed to pay—or just leave!!! He is a crook.
