Dr. Tao Jiang, DDS

Tao Jiang treated a very difficult Dental situation by doing an equally difficult root canal on a tooth that really should not have been saved. He did an excellent job. He was completely professional. The staff was completely professional. And on top of that he has a sense of humor. I have another developing dental situation he is treating just as professionally and just as proficiently as he did the last. I highly recommend this guy. It also should be noted that his office has the most contemporary equipment available to them. This is a high-tech dentist. We are lucky to have him in this area.

Speaks broken English. Very hard to understand. He did two caps, one above the other. They were too high so he ground them down until they felt good. A day later when I was flossing the bottom cap came off. That is when I saw a hole in the temp cap and He and his assistant never said anything about it and just let me leave with a hole in the bottom temp cap. When I asked if the post or shelf under the bottom cap was left too high he said no. When he finally put the permanent crowns on they needed to be ground down also. He worked on them for about 15 minutes and said I should leave it like that and it would be alright. But they were not. I went back again for the 1st appt. of the day and had to wait 15 min. That was the second time I waited 15 min. for the 1st appt. of the day. Then I let him do a root canal. It took him 3 hours which gave me an absess in my cheek. I called them on a Friday to tell them about it and they did not call back until Tuesday. That cap is still not right!
