This is the most ridiculous dentist in garden grove. A very no class area. The manager Gina is ridiculous and doesn’t listen very well she talks over you and her voice is loud. Her assistant Kim who doesn’t want to provide her last name is also very unprofessional and doesn’t listen. This entire office doesn’t get it and are not professionals and don’t have a degree in business communication. They are rude and just don’t get it how irritating it is to here their unprofessional and unpleasant manner and the content they say is dumb. They just want to be in control and re-iterate to you over and over what’s in their head but not listen to you as a client. They are controlling and bad behavior. I would not recommend this office. Full of ridiculous and irresponsible woman, the manager and the assistant. Both should not be working with clients period. They upset me and would not apologize about their wrong doing and for not listening they just make the matter worse than solve it. They are n
