AVOID
My grandmother went in for x-rays and left with a dislocated jaw. Was told that it was from the infection in her tooth and was placed on antibiotics. Went the whole holiday weekend with a twisted jaw, unable to close her mouth completely, unable to eat, unable to enjoy the family cookout, and unable to celebrate her birthday!! Called the office and Dr. Scott ALL WEEKEND LONG. Was suppose to call in another antibiotic on Friday and as of Sunday afternoon the pharmacy still did not have the prescription. When called and texted, no response until Sunday evening after the pharmacy was closed and was told that she couldn't text but to call her instead, which at this point was pointless. Had to call and almost force them to see her today. Finally got her in for them to say that he jaw is out of place and that we now have to take her to the ED. WE ARE VERY UPSET WITH THE CARE MY GRANDMOTHER RECEIVED!!

I received excellent customer service during my dental appointment on Tuesday. Both the doctor and her staff treated me very well and ensured my procedure went well with no issues.

I love Dr Scott, I've been here a couple times with her and I am very impressed with her work and overall patient care. Her assistant, which I'm sorry I don't remember her name, was equally professional
