She was wonderful! She listened to every concern I had, and helped me with a plan we came together to agree on. She was comforting and supportive the whole way!

She acts nice but she's not. I found out she talks behind your back to other people.

Messed up my dentures then sent staff members to check instead of looking herself. She actually told them what to say! 2 weeks later they finally allowed me to see her. By then I had a large sore and couldn't even wear the dentures at all. When she finally saw how badly misaligned they were, she said we'd need to redo the lower. At that appointment, she glared at me and wouldn't even talk to me, she ground the bottom dentures down instead of fixing them, then sent me on my way even after I told her they still weren't right. Here's the real kicker...she sent me a dismissal letter shortly after! Not only was I not impressed, neither was the dental board after I reported her. Poor quality work, and patient abandonment.
