The appointment was scheduled in advance. The office confirmed they accept our insurance. I brought my mom, completed all paperwork as needed, was sitting in the office about 30 min. No other clients in the office. As soon as the Dentist realized about dentures adjustment, she refused to accept the patient because “dentures were not done by me”. The client asked to check it first, complete annual eval, she didn’t see the Dentist for long time. Doctor refused to accept my mom.

I had an appointment today for teeth cleaning. They spent 20 minutes on it! When I came home I could see that my teeth are not properly cleaned and I still see the the "dirty spots' on my teeth! Horrible!

Dr. B is wonderful. I'm a really annoying patient and she's very understanding and thoughtful. If you're afraid of the dentist, fear no more. :)
