Dr Shapiro is the best dentist I have experienced in my 80 plus years. She and her staff make the further drive worth it.

when an emergency takes over your life and you go in expecting the worst and then you experience the compassion and professionalism and you know your in good hands and can function knowing your problem is in good hands....you can relax and know its gonna be alright.

I scheduled my appointment after reading Dr. Shapero’s excellent reviews, and my experience did not disappoint. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly, and I was able to take advantage of a last-minute cancellation. The office itself is aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Dr. Shapero personally greeted me, which was a nice touch. My hygienist, Cheryl, was knowledgeable, thorough, and wonderful throughout the cleaning and X-rays. Afterward, Dr. Shapero reviewed my X-rays, conducted a final comprehensive exam, and answered all my questions.Overall, my experience was outstanding.

They took time to answer questions and provided excellent service.

I have always had problem free visits with Dr. and her staff. Discovered today her long time hygienist retired and there is a new person who is pleasant, professional and doesa great job. And guess what , no cavities.

Assistance listened intently to my fiasco at other dentist. When Dr Shapero came in wanted to know what brought me in. Gave her the most pressing of two problems. She looked at the situation and suggested we try one solution first and if that didn’t help then we would have to take more intensive action. Presently in the “let’s see if this action alleviates the pain.” Will call back once the area has had time to rest and adjust. Appreciate the candid advice and wanting to try something else before having to take worse case scenario of pulling the tooth.

This is a highly organized healthcare practice. They have elevated the experience of going to the dentist. Staff is well trained, Dr. Shapero is a consummate professional.
