Dr. Susann McMahen, DDS

Dr.McMahen is the rudest most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen!! I was told by the tech on my 1st visit I would need 750 for immediate dentures I didn't say anything at the time but I did not have the money and I knew I wasn't going to have the money so I end up calling up there and telling them I don't have the $750 what can I do so the lady that answers the phone says that she's going to call Medicaid and see if it can get approved for the immediate dentures they call me back and say yes it's been approved so I go to my second appointment and that's when I see this doctor now she tells me that I can't get the immediate dentures that I'm going to have to go 6 months with no teeth and there's nothing that can be done so if I had the $750 i could leave with teeth, she talks as if she is better than her patient, her words are very matter of fact and demeaning!! There were other things said that I won't say. I would never recommend this so called Dr to anyone!!!!

She broke my husbands jaw and left multiple bone fragments as well as a root after a tooth extraction. When we called and rescheduled she wouldn’t see him for 4 days, left him in excruciating pain to where he ended up pulling a piece out himself. At the appt told him the “fragments” would work themselves out. 1 hr later at another dentist and an X-ray it ended up being pieces of his fractured jaw. Go to her if you want a half completed job, lots of pain, and your jaw splintered into your gums.
