Terrible. Appointments are often canceled on the day of the appointment. My appointment for fillings was canceled on the day of the appointment and was rescheduled almost 2 months later. I had to have all teeth pulled. One tooth was broken off and left in my gum. Dr. Olcott said," Good luck finding an oral surgeon to who will take your insurance ". She was referring to the tooth she failed to remove.
