She doesn't really listen or respond to her patients. The other staff is awesome, but she seems scattered and distracted all the time

I was a new patient and would at this time recommend this dentistry. It’s so nice to have smiling faces greet you. The hygienist was thorough in the cleaning and Dr. Bracker’s exam after as well. She made recommendations about older silver fillings which I will take in time. Everyone there is very friendly. Really different from the last place we went.

Dr Bracker saw me immediately the morning after my old crown fell off. I was quickly seen and had it temporarily reattached. Her office and dental staff are friendly. Dr Bracker also has a gentle touch with my 3 and 5 year olds. Highly recommend and so happy I transferred to her office!

Thought appt was going to be bad news. Dr Bracker eased my mind and made sure I knew I didn’t need to rush into any dental work at this time, that everything could be done on my terms.

I needed to move this appointment up and they were able to accommodate me at a convenient time. The cleaning went well and was very quick and Dr Bracker was able to get in for her check up very shortly after that. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Linda is crazy ?? ?? Michelle is abosolutly the best ???? Cassie quiet as a mouse ?? but always nice! Cindy is always nice ?? And Dr Bracker is my all time favorite Dentist! Why? Because she cares about you! She cares if your in pain she cares purely about how you are ....... not about how fast she can grab that money ??........I hide my money from her anyways????. Don’t stop doing what you do!!!!

I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist so I was very thankful Dr. Susan Bracker, DDS allowed me to have headphones on while getting my teeth clean.

This office is unethical! And could of done an unnecessary procedure on you or your children! They tried to say that my child has 3 cavities, I went in for a second opinion to 2 other orthodontists and NO Cavities! That is very scary! I'm so glad I went elsewhere!!!
