I have been a patient almost a year and Dr. Allen is the only dentist I've had that has cared about my overall dental health and not just want to patch up emergencies. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a honest, professional and caring dentist.

This past visit was sort of an emergency situation. I was able to get in, have her assess my situation and start the necessary procedures. I have been seeing Dr. Allen for a few years now. She has a very strong passion for what she does and cares about her patients. Ms. Allen is always professional and very thorough about her work. She is very comforting and I'm glad she's my dentist!

Dr. Allen is Friendly, Professional and cares about the well being of her patients. I would recommend her to all of my friends. but the front desk staff are not professional at all. They try to quick talk you telling you the wrong information, quoting and charging the wrong price and they don't apologize when you tell them that they made a mistake. they act as if you work for them and you should just pay the price that they tell you and move on. I wish Dr. Allen had a private practice.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Allen. The office over booked appointments on the day I was seen. After being seen by the assistant who prepared me for the visit; I complained about the wait time. The assistant informed Dr. Allen that I was displeased, and she came into the room with an attitude, very confrontational. I was surprised at her unprofessionalism. I will never return to Neibauer due to this experience.
