Dr. Sundus Marogy, DDS

Although the dentist is good, the reception staff is very bad, in general they are not nice to answer the phone and do not do any effort to serve the patient. I asked someone of them to send me a referral via email or text message service, but she insisted that I go to the clinic to get it. Even though my house is very far from the clinic

I made a mistake by selecting her (Sundus Marogy) by the rating. She does not check teeth after the x-ray is taken, but look at it before. The hygienist is rude and unprofessional. She insisted that I need a deep cleaning and took 20 minutes to rush cleaning my teeth and, obviously, did a worst job in cleaning my teach and did not clean my teeth. By mistake, I gave the assistant my two insurance policies, she billed both of them for the same work. Fortunately. I found out and reported them to both companies and one company refused to pay the bill. Their goal is make money without doing anything.

I can simply admit dr Sundus marogy is the best dentist! Not only did she provide excellent care for my teeth, but also for my four children. When looking into a excellent dentist I was referred by a great friend of mine. She had also mentioned that dr marogy was not like any other dentist. This is my favorite dentist office. I’ve visited so many and it just so happened that this was my favorite place to come & visit! The professiomism, honesty, & care that dr marogy provided for me for years is incredibly impressive! If you’re looking for a new dentist, she’s the number one person I’d highly recommend!

The experienced that I had was unpleasant. The front people need to be more professional and nice. They told me my insurance was active after a few months they send me a bill . Be careful what front people say when you visit office

Dentist seemed unconcerned about my health care. The office cancelled my appoint, then rescheduled for some odd reason. The day of my appointment they told me my insurance was invalid, which wasn't the case. The reception area is lacking in professionalism.

the experience i had was very unpleasant. The nurse who had been working on my teeth was doing a great job until someone else came in the room and stopped him. They left my teeth half done with toothpaste left in my mouth. The same thing happened with my sister. The same nurse came in and told her to leave. She said thats enough, you dont have to continue. They only have medicaid. They left my sisters mouth full of toothpaste and rushed to get her out of there.
