I haven’t been to a dentist in 12 years due to fear, pain and anxiety. As a result, I was in need of a root canal (oral surgery). When I arrived at the 918 Pelham Parkway South, Bronx location, I noticed the impeccable cleanliness of the office. The staff was very friendly and comforting. Dr. Chassen was forthcoming about the procedure and gentle throughout the process. No pain, No suffering. All my fears have been laid to rest. Dr. Chassen, you have restored my faith in oral surgeons and Dentist in general.

Terrific, Experienced, I felt I was in good hands. I just completed 2 root canals side by side and my root canals were difficult, besides an infection that he caught. His office manager is very efficient and his assistant is lovely. He is excellent and kind. I would recommend him anytime.

I strongly suggest using this Endodontist , the Staff & Dr. Chassen are extremely Professional & very clean & pleasant. I would use this Endodontist for all my future Root canals.

Them doctor moved precise, skillful and very confident as he carried out the procedure . I felt he really knew what he was doing !! I've been to a fair share of dentists in my time !

Receptionist (Diane) said that they would work with my Self-Insured Dental Services Plan. So, I decided to get root canal done since my dentist referred me to Dr. Chassen. After treatment I find out they want full payment. So much for "working with my plan". I was a fool for trusting those words and thinking that I would get a reasonable fee/bill. Next time Diane, just say "we don't take your plan". It would have saved me a lot of money. Plus Dr. Chassen did not tell me to take antiobotics afte
