Dr. Steven Joe, DDS

I had a great experience at Dr. Joe's office. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Dr. Joe is very friendly, clear in his explanation, thorough in his examination. The hygienist is meticulous and nice. The office is clean, functional, warm and welcoming. Couldn't wish for better dental care. My husband recommended Dr. Joe. I am glad he did.

A colleague recommended Dr. Joe. Our first couple of appointments were ok. The hygienist, Betty, was always thorough, pleasant, and competent. She was a superstar! Each time, Dr. Joe rushed in and was in only for 5 minutes. No greeting, no ‘how are you?’, it was just all negativity from his mouth followed by prices. Common remarks I heard over and over were “I’m not sure you know how to brush your teeth” and “your teeth may all fall out!” Once I complimented him on his fishing trip pics on the monitor and that’s when he changed the subject to all his trips and how great they were. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating, unlike Dr. Joe. I was very turned off by his arrogance, shortness, and general rude disposition. Very abrupt and narcissistic man. I would never recommend him.

Dr. Joe is very responsive to patient needs. He is meticulous and gentle while preforming fillings. He takes great care to make the patient feel at ease. His explanation of the procedures prior and during the actions are very beneficial. I have been seeing him for 20 years and have never experienced complications or disappointments. Everyone in his practice is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives.
