Always excellent, patient and compassionate treatment. Have been his patient for over 40 years. Besides a wealth of experience, Dr Hinchey is up-to-date on the latest techniques, including capability to do tooth implants and produce crowns in-house.

After 15 years with the same big -mostly- pediatric dentist office in Glastonbury, I decided to change dentists after the COVID fiasco and that office's particularly idiotic, annoying and plain illogical rules. I have 2 boys who had to jump through hoops to see the dentist during the COVID fiasco. I found out that Dr. Hinchey's office was 2 minutes from my house, so I gave it a shot. A couple of years later, with 2 visits a year, I can highly recommend him. He's a seriously great dentist. His staff are wonderful as well. I will continue to go to this dentist as long as God allows! I highly recommend him.

The staff is always friendly, professional, timely and un-rushed. Dr. Hinchey, is a gem. Everything is well explained. He educates as well as treats, is very knowledgeable and you feel genuinely cared for as a person in his practice. Happy to “finally” be a patient of his, after years of friends recommending him.

I love this Dentist office. It is small and quaint. The team works really well together and they seem to really and truly care about patients. I love how thorough and knowledgeable Dr. Hinchey is. He addresses the root cause of dental issues, bacteria, and then he's very practical and honest with how to go about getting to a healthy spot and maintaining that. His knowledge and work is far superior than your run-of-the-mill Dentist. I'm more than thankful that I found this practice and that they accepted me as a patient. I wish I had found Dr. Hinchey sooner in life.

Doctor Hinchey does great work, and always gets me in quickly when I have a emergency.

Dr. Hinchey actually wants me to have less drilling and filling if I follow his tips for better oral care.

I had a bite adjustment after a recent crown placement which solved the issue. I also had questions about dry mouth, from a medicine I take, contributing to cavities and gum disease. He told me about a product that can help with dry mouth and he would give me a sample to try before buying. He also made me aware of saliva testing which can tell the specific bacterias in your mouth. This is a way to manage gum disease. There are a few different tests and more detailed information so he will email me the information. Dr Hinchey explained everything in depth including how my teeth were lined up which was causing the bite issues and exactly how he can would remedy it. He has information on the lasted information and treatments and takes a very wholistic approach. He explains things well and I never feel rushed. He works well with the other staff and there is great communication and follow through all around.

Dr. Hinchey is very knowledgeable and my teeth and gums are the best they hav3 been for a long while.
