Dr. Steven England, DDS

It was very negative. I never got to see the Doctor/Dentist his receptionist was so extremely rude and when I asked to speak to someone else she told me I HAD to deal with her or go else where. I don’t know what personal issues she may be having but yeah I decided to go elsewhere. Besides I was about to pay $400 for dental work out of pocket cause they’re not even in my net work. But I would’ve been glad to do so just to have a healthy mouth again. But never have I been so insulted and berated by a healthcare so called professional. Elsewhere, I’m going for sure.

Awesome and great staff. Everyone was amazing. I highly recommend this office...Thank you Heather, Dr. Bowman and Susan for being so professional and courteous to me and my granddaughter. She loved it there too. Thank you all for going above and beyond in taking care of your patients.. My first time appointment today was a great experience and I am so happy I chose this office.

Dr England is the best Dentist. Its sad I may never go back. His front office, customer service staff, though is the worst. I have never been spoke to so unproffessionally in any medical setting than I was by them. Not only was a staff's member comment so blantly rude, I also observed one on the phone putting a call on hold and then making faces and rude comments about the caller. He needs some fresh faces or updated training on how to treat customers. Sorry Dr England your a good dentist

I already have recommended Dr. England to several people. THE MOST PLEASANT DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, and I had what was left of my terrible teeth removed all at the same time. Picking up my dentures today. I have full confidence that Dr. England and his staff will work tirelessly to make sure everything fits well.

Terrible place. Unless you like the idea of someone getting paid to treat you like a dog, don't go there.

All around, this was the rudest and most unprofessional dental office I have ever encountered. They treat the service members sent their for their periodic health exam through LHI like utter crap. Our troops deserve far better than the way these people treat them. LHI needs to cancel the contract with this place. If you care about how your troops are treated, don't support this place with your business.

Our family has been going to Dr. England for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable, awesome staff.
