It's not that I have anything negative to say about Dr. Crump. I found him to be a very good and honest dentist. However, the billing part of his office never followed through on figuring out insurance payments, lied to me telling me my insurance had terminated when it had not, basically lied to me over and over again on how she would figure out coverage and payments for my dental insurance and bills. She has been incredibly rude to me and I recommend not going here simply because of how I have been treated over the past 9 months in trying to understand the bill she sent me and all the mistakes associated with it.
