Dr. Chu is the only dentist that I can go to without feeling like someone's trying to kill me. He's gentle but yet very effective. The facility isn't the best looking but I don't go there for the looks of the place. Anyway, Chu is great!!

There was one instance I was running late for my appt and I called the office to inform them. The Doctor left without informing me. I was very upset but they were able to reschedule late on that week. other than that the staff is friendly and you are called in very swiftly.

- Trusted the provider's decisions
