Going to the Dentist is usually not an experience to get too excited about. But our visit to the Jefferson County Dental was exceptional. The people were friendly and professional. The office is modern and the atmosphere is calming and welcoming. My hygienist (Jane) was informative with every step of the procedure and is "awesome" at what she does. Dr. Steven was also knowledgeable and thorough. I knew I was in good hands when we walked into the office. Great job guys!

My cardiologist was very alarmed by his treatment and took matters into her own hands. She asked that he call her and he never did. I had an infected tooth and he didn’t provide proper antibiotic treatment or advise. I had a bad feeling about it and called my cardiologist. It’s fortunate that I did! My cardiologist said this could have been fatal because I have an artificial heart valve and other cardiac issues. I made sure that he was aware of my condition before treatment. I still had prepaid insurance coverage, but didn’t go back. I would never go go back there again

As soon as you walk through the doors of this dental office, you feel at home. The staff here treats you like family. I have been coming here for 5 years and have never had any bad experience. I always look forward to coming in and seeing all the friendly staff.

I was a new patient and the staff at jeffco dental is so welcoming! Dr. Cajigal is one of the best dentists I have been to. I found my forever home for all my dental needs!

Worst dental experience I've ever had. I got veneers here. Multiple issues here. I was not warned of any possible issues that could occur from them, that there is a ridiculously short 2 month warranty on them, and that work has to be done on them every 10 years (should have researched that myself, but also something a dentist should mention when suggesting them). Then, the worst part--I've had veneers fall out FOUR times now, the last three times being the same one (which I swallowed the first time). I think they did a rushed and poor job of making the replacement veneer. It keeps falling out, and now they want me to pay to fix it. Would it be cheaper to fix it here than go somewhere else? Yes. But seeing how they put it back in multiple times and it kept coming out, and how they made a poor replacement, why would I trust them? And why would I want them to have any of my money? It's so embarrassing to have it fall out. I miss my old teeth, and this is not a reversible procedure.

They were able to get me in for an emergency right away, when I hadn't been there before. I only saw the dentist long enough for him to pull my infected tooth. The main problem was the condescending woman who couldn't figure out how to run my insurance, blamed me for it, then tried to convince me to pay the bill out of pocket and they would refund me. Um, no. She was finally able to handle the insurance after I called them and they walked her through it on my phone. I'll be going elsewhere.

Terrible. He has the personality of a dead fish. He overcharges and he would not refund my the $105 he owes me. He would not even discuss it with me. He spent next to no time with me and when I went to ask a question, he was out of the room. Greedy to the max! Avoid him!!!!

AWFUL! Dr. Cajigal is okay, mostly old school. He changed staff and let me tell you, after years of being his patient I was forced to walk away from his practice by his awful Office Manager and front of house staff. They are RUDE. They do not understand how to correctly bill insurance companies. They do not understand how to clear out payments made on your account. DENTAL PATIENT BEWARE. I also think his staff hides complaints from him. Shame for him to have these people managing his business
