Do not come here!! Dr. Backer is very rude and unprofessional.

Inconsiderate and non-professional. The doctor 'Dung Nguyen' and his assistant loves to gossip about their patients. Firstly they don't call you the day before, I Had an appointment 5:00pm and I called them and told them I was running late, I was on the bus they said 'ok' and once I reached there, they all had their coats on and ready to leave. my thing is they waited for me to get there to tell me I can be seen their closing. these ppl could've called me but waited for me to get their . I do not recommend going here. The receptionist and the doctors are rude.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst dental place. Disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, and aggressive. I’ve been serviced by both dentists DR. STEVEN BACKER and DR. DUNG NGUYEN. Both of them are very rude, aggressive and disrespectful. God forbid you have any questions to ask they will ignore you, shrug their shoulders or tell you to stop complaining. Dr. Nguyen and his dental assistant are extremely aggressive. Nguyen gave me neck pain back in June of 2023 when I came for a fill in. The way he aggressively kept turning my neck. Even after I told him he was hurting me. Then told me to stop complaining. Today I had my appointment with Dr. Backer. He completely shrugged his shoulders and ignored me when I asked him questions regarding my fill in. When he did finally respond he told me that there’s nothing he can do for the pain in my teeth. He will not replace the fill in. The fill in is over 10 years old and has been giving me problems for years now. Reviews on google do not lie! Save your time

This office is rotten and will chisel you for as much money as they can get away with. Obsolete equipment. Demanding the most expensive x-rays possible before treatment. Charging ludicrous "fees" to do normal tasks. Extremely long wait times. "Exams" that take minutes. I came in for a cleaning, came out hours later with expensive x-rays, a 5 minute "exam", and no cleaning. And if I want those x-rays at a different, competent practice -- I need to pay $45 for their obsolete, non-digitized x-ray slides. AND I have to pick them up in person. Rude staff, terrible business practices, long waits. Stay far away.

This was my was first visit with my family and We loved it...Doc Backer was jovial and patient.. He explains everything well with understanding...The staff was kind to us..I will visit again when it's time for my checkup....

Unprofessional and loud, staff were horrifically candid and rude/ unhappy.
