Excellent dentist!
My whole family has been seeing Dr. Stephen Cecconi since 2017 when we moved to Manlius. He and his staff are very compassionate and professional. We love them and refer all our friends to them.

Incompetent
My 90 year old mother in law has been a patient of Cecconi's since he took over the practice from Charles Longo, where she had been a patient for decades. She had a cavity that broke off a bit and splintered her upper right incisor. Of course this happened on a Friday, I called and left a message, I received a return call on Monday and scheduled an appointment for noon. Great! The splintered tooth had been digging into her upper lip all weekend. In the office i again reiterated 'upper right' to the receptionist and the hygienist twice. They simply did not listen, and filled her bottom teeth, leaving the splinter hanging in her mouth and digging into her gum. How does a dentist not even SEE the problem if he does an exam? With no acknowledgement of their error, no apology and no will to fix it immediately they sent us on our way to wait ANOTHER WEEK to fix it. Needless to say we are moving on to another practice. The only explanation: incompetence.
