Excellent dentist and staff. Always explains everything that will need to be done and always very timely. Never feel like anything is ever done that is not needed. I have lovely, healthy teeth thanks to Dr. Brown and his staff.

The worst experience. BEWARE! untrustworthy and unprofessional. Very money hungry. Didn't have service provided due to front in telling lies after waiting 45 minutes to check in. X-rays was immediately taken after checking in. Was told that I did not need x-rays from primary care dentist taken 4 days prior, however we were charged for new x-rays taken. The appointment was scheduled at 5, in which I was told was normal office hours. But not when reported to insurance. WORST! No manager in office
