Dr. Stephanie Sakowicz, DDS

I told the office staff prior to an appointment of an insurance change, they said nothing. Later, I received a full bill because they were out of network with my new insurance, but did not let me know beforehand. I obviously needed to find a new provider and they wouldn’t give me my chart/records. I asked multiple times by multiple avenues and they would not because I’m not a dentist’s office… but it’s my health record. My big complaint about services was a small cavity filled by Dr. Sakowicz. I had no pain in the area prior to her work, but since, it hurts all the time. That should not be the case with a small cavity fill.
