Dr. Stephanie Aldrich, DDS

Kept messing up my tooth and blaming me so I went to a new dentist and said they should have never kept charging me for their mistakes. I'm so upset they kept charging me here to redo a tooth multiple times doing a sloppier and sloppier joh until I went to a new dentist and he was upset for me. If my tooth got infected anymore it could have caused serve nerve damage. I sadly wish I never went here in the first place.

Most of the work she did on my teeth had to be redone at another dentist and I had to pay again, I asked her to look at a tooth that was hurting and she waved it off and said she'd look at it next time. Well, that tooth chipped and broke when I was in a most immune compromising condition and staying in a hospital. I would never recommend Stephanie Aldrich to anyone.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could since this is without a doubt the WORST dentist I've ever had. I just left my current dentist and they found decay underneath two crowns and 1 filling all done by 'Dr' Aldrich roughly 4 years ago. Since these were just discovered they will all have to be replaced or perhaps root canals (wont know until they remove the crowns). According to my current dentist nothing I could have done would have prevented this is because all the decay was not removed at the time of the original procedure. I now need an additional $3000 in dental work to correct this negligence!

I contacted Dr. Aldrich regarding my father's dental issues. He was in a skilled care facility & due to his medical condition, to get him to the dentist would require hiring a nurse, arranging for medical transport and quite a bit of stress for everyone involved. Dr. Aldrich OFFERED to see him at the skilled care facility. She arrived with dental tools and was amazing. She returned once to complete his dental care. Caring, Knowledgeable, and Kind. She is now our family dentist too!

Dentist had her assistants fit my temp crown and it was done very poorly. I never had to go back to a dentist office several times be a use of crown pain. I really didn't see Dr Alrich much for the $1,000 I spent and won't go back and won't refer to others. The music they played loudly was nerve-wracking, definately not relaxing.

I trust Dr. Aldrich to only do what is necessary and to do it correctly and with as little pain as possible. Entire staff is very friendly and efficient.
