A few years ago, I loved this dentist. While she has a good "bedside" manner, I feel that I am now being herded through like cattle. Everyone is rushing everywhere. People come and go in the room and whisk out quickly. Also, I had an issue with getting a UPC symbol from my Zoom whitening procedure and the staff gave me a major run around. One person, who appeared to know what she was doing, didn't get back with me on the Zoom rebate. When I called two weeks, later, she had "moved on".
