I have received excellent care by Dr. D, just finished up my 3rd implant. Very little discomfort..highly recommend.

I would take Dr D off the list of dental providers period. Access Dental call center is in Texas and tells you everything you want to hear but it does not match what the local office provides.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. My appointment was at 8 and the dentist didn't even arrive in the office until 9. The place was dirty and care was rushed when it was finally performed. Almost 90 minutes for a standard cleaning.

I was there 15 minutes early for an appointment, but waited an hour. He was to pull my grandson's tooth. He barely gave the gum numbing gel time to work before jamming the needle in his mouth twice. He did not give the numbing medication time to work and just started YANKING!! He broke the tooth off at the gum, then told us we needed to see an oral surgeon. I'm not trained, but even I could tell by the x-ray the an oral surgeon was needed. But since the nearest oral surgeon for our insurance is an hour and a half away, I went with his promise he could pull it. He prescribed pain meds and antibiotics, but now my grandson is in terrible pain. He did not care that my grandson suffers from anxiety and it took all he could muster mentally to even go to the visit. He did not explain anything he was doing. I mention some of my grandson's history and he just didn't care. He is one of those dentists that traumatizes his patients and gives dentistry the bad reputation it has. AWEFUL!!!

The man is the most awful dentist. Unpersonable. Unwilling to do anything more than extractions and fillings. Does not listen. Both times I went for an exam, he barely even glanced inside my mouth. I've gotten a second opinion from a more reputable dentist and EVERYTHING this man said, what little he said was wrong! This man cares nothing about saving dentition. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

Had descaling and two cavities filled.

Painful cleaning with no consideration for patients comfort. After waiting for 45 min after appointment time he was still not ready to start any work on me (too busy with soccer game?). No consideration nor compassion.
