She took the time to talk to me and explain everything in our appointment. Noone has ever taken the time to do that before and i really appreciate it. They don’t do many procedures here or i would not have went anywhere else

Appointments are scheduled 3 months apart, 1 to clean & 1 for an exam, so you need to be billed for office visits 4x a year for what should all happen at once every 6 mos. I have never seen such a chaotic practice in my entire life. She is always on some sort of sabbatical, so she's almost never there. This causes follow up appointments you need for fillings & other care to get scheduled out a year from diagnosis. We saw a different dentist elsewhere that did new xrays & found no cavities at all while we were still waiting to get fillings done on 'deep cavities' here. They didn't magically heal themselves. If there are no cavities, what was she filling & how many of the teeth she already did were actually healthy? I seriously think it's about the money. Would never recommend.
