Her staff is equally amazing, polite, great customer service and accommodating. Dr. Scantlebury cares about her patients, that care comes through each time you're in the office. She takes the time to thoroughly explain and make sure that you understand any and every procedure that you’re scheduled for. Also, if your dental plan does not cover your procedure Dr. Scantlebury and her team will discuss different ways to help you with your financial responsibility. I'm very glad my husband Adjie chose Scantlebury Orthodontics. Adjie is now more confident with his incredible and much brighter smile. Dr. Scantlebury and her team are very professional. The office is clean and comfortable. They also make the visits fun for the children by having raffles where they can win prizes such as movie tickets etc. You never have to wait a long time at visits especially if you're going for the regular 6 week adjustments. You can be in and out in under 45 mins! Dr. Scantlebury is very professional and quite passionate about her work. Her work has made such a HUGE difference in my daughter's smile.

My daughter said she didn't suffer at all when she got her braces. All her friends warned her that it would hurt, but it didn't. Dr Scantlebury is so skilled and careful and reassuring.
