Terrible experience. When she "fixed" broken front tooth, she left it crooked and short and with an alarming gap between front 2 teeth. Hygienist spent her time on computer and talking with one of office staff as though I were an inanimate object and then did a cursory cleaning, not even asking about problems I might be having, which I was. I paid co-pay on my way out of the office every time and got a delayed bill for almost $300 almost 6 months later. They were entirely unapologetic and blamed insurance company, with no regard for my concerns and no apologies. Dr. Pal also told me I needed 4 crowns immediately in conflict with my retiring dentist who had referred me to her. This would have exceeded my insurance benefits by thousands of dollars. I switched dentists. This dentist did one crown immediately, delayed one crown until my benefits renewed and put the other 2 on a watch status. (One has a chip out of it and she is going to put a filling in it.) This was a dismal, h
