I bit into an almond with shards left behind, she wouldn’t touch my teeth without a medical clearance. Ok, asked why. She said “sometimes we just want one” then I asked about the antibiotics I got before the appointment. She told me my issue wasn’t that serious and I don’t need antibiotics. Well, now I have a salivary infection and tooth infection because she doesn’t do root canals or crowns. She had to have someone come in. Between the 8 day wait to get that root canal/crown done I developed a salivary gland infection and tooth infection. She wouldn’t call me back. I posted a review and they called back under 20 mins and tried calling twice. They care about reviews and your money, not taking the time out to call the client who is clearly in distress is sad. I got two people to call me back in one day after posting a review.
