wasted so much of my time and provided zero value
I'm just flabbergasted by the incompetence and lack of professionalism at this place. I went in for an orthodontic evaluation and they said I would be texted the results within a day. Since then I have called numerous times every week to remind them to send me the results. Each time they confirm my email address yet again and tell me they'll definitely send it that same day, and each time I get absolutely nothing back. So sick of calling and at this point I don't expect I'll ever get the results that were paid for. How hard is it to send an email with a link? Never going back to this place and would not recommend anyone give them any business.

Dr. Abreu was very professional, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to explain, in detail, what I needed to do to take care of a problem I had with a certain tooth that I had issues with for years. I appreciated all of her advice and highly recommend her to anyone having dental issues.
