My son had a very bad experience. Teeth cleaning took approximately 5 minutes. Did not even dental floss. Said XRays reported 4 fillings needed. After complaining post-appointment, we sent my son to another dentist who said his teeth were not clean and Xrays performed by second dentist revealed no cavities and no fillings needed, only repair to one filling that was chipped. Tried to request return of reimbursement from Insurance Co. and waiver of fee, but office manager did not seem to care that we were very dissatisfied. I will be filing a complaint with MetLife and also with the Dental Board of California.
