First of all this office and whole staff are so comforting and welcoming, I never feel judged or uncomfortable. The Doctors are very much on a personable level it just feels good to get the best Care in a office full of good professional people!

Wonderful treatment. Dr Karns explained exactly what he was going to do. He kept me informed as he did the treatment. Made sure everything was perfect before he was done, and asked if I had any questions about the treatment. Excellent chair side manner throughout.

Everyone in the process from the moment I walked in the door was Exceptional. I presented quite a challenge as a new patience and had not seen a dentist for 2 years due to overseas travel. Amazing group of people. I just moved to this area and this is just what I was hoping for. I can only give them 5 stars but would give them more easily.

I would like to thank Dr. Karns for giving back my smile. For years I would not smile because my teeth were in such a poor state. It has been a long road but well worth the effort and expense. Dr. Karns and the entire team have always been professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them and already have. My wife is now a patient as well.

I had an old crown removed and a new one made. I was able to return the next day, have the temporary removed and the new crown fitted. The whole procedure was pain free done very professionally. I feel very confident in the hands of Dr. Reangber.

Lifetime Smiles is absolutely the best dentist's office around. I even moved away to Fairfax, and still make the drive out to see the Lifetime Smiles team! These guys are great. They usually get you in and out as quickly as possible, they have TV for your entertainment, and chairs even have a massage feature. The dentists are polite, and always seem concerned for your feelings. Give em a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!
