I’ve been attending this Dentist and it’s always been a pleasure to go there and come out happy with their work. Dr. Snap was really patient and detailed with my visit. I really appreciate that and also I can’t forget Christina at the front desk is the best!!!!She has great customer service and is always really attentive with everyone.

I moved from the Bay Area to Tracy and needed to find a local dental office. I was referred to Dr. Zhao's office. I was able to get an appointment that worked for my schedule without delay. The office is professional and inviting. My initial cleaning was one of the best I've received in recent years. I have two very old crowns that need to be replaced. The doctor clearly explained the situation and her treatment recommendations. I am extremely happy with my decision to visit Dr. Zhao's office.

Very lovely people and have lots of patience. They take their time to make sure you feel comfortable while they are doing their job. Hygienist noticed that my teeth are so sensitive so she worked without the water spray so that I would have no pain. As I said, everyone is so nice.

My first visit went well. All the staff were friendly. I didn't wait much at all to be called back or to be seen once I was in the room. I had a thorough and comfortable cleaning done. I was given a clear treatment plan for the dental work that I need. Overall I'm happy with the care I received here.

I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist. But, was immediately put at ease. Front desk was friendly, warm, and inviting. My dental assistant (Teresa) was amazing, gentle, and very friendly. Dr. Armstrong put me at ease and was very informative. I will no longer be nervous when I come back.
