Every visit I have with Dr. Ardalani is very pleasant and personal. He remembers previous conversations and always ask you about them. Easy going, always explains what he will do during the visit. Just a great orthodontist all the way around.

Doctor & the hygienist are wonderful. I love the orthodontist & recommend him highly. The Riverview Big Bend front desk staff is rude & unaccommodating. They do not make you feel welcomed. The front desk staff is the patient’s first point of contact and they should be friendlier. If there is at the desk, other schedulers should stop confirming appointments and help the person checking in the patients. I have been to their office in Regency Square in Brandon and their staff is very nice! I would recommend the Riverview Big Bend office get additional customer service training!
