Dr. Sherin Mostafa, DDS

Unfortunately, when Dr. Mostafa came in to see me, she very quickly told me I had 4 cavities to fill, and it was clear she had little interest in explaining how she came to this conclusion. I tried to ask for a little more detail, since going through 4 fillings is a big deal to me, and she gave minimal feedback, did not show me the x-rays. I'm a traveling nurse, and this was my first visit to this dentist. I typically get cleanings every 6 months, and I have not heard anything about these 4 cavities from any of the 6 dentists I've seen in 5 different states over the past 5 years. It felt like Dr. Mostafa shooed me out to the receptionist who promptly gave me a $500 quote to get these cavities filled. I plan to get a second opinion. The dental hygienist did, however, do an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and reviewing my dental habits and giving me new tips.

Doctor Mostafa takes her time with her patients and explains the procedures, makes sure that you are comfortable and she has a great staff. Recently I encountered billing concerns with my insurance company for two crowns and Ms. Sarah went out of her way to submit additional paperwork to the insurance company so a dentist consultant from the insurance company could review the appeal. Thank you Sarah for saving me some money due to your extra effort!

The entire staff was amazing! They were able fit me in before a holiday weekend and solve a problem other dentists said couldn't be done. Dr. Mostafa and Ms. Sarah were very caring, kind, and empathetic. First time in a long time I've felt like a patient and not a mortgage payment. I will continue going to her for my dental care.

Dr. Mostafa and & Isla made me feel safe and calm today (as well as my past two visits over the past 9 months) and I couldn't be more thankful for them. Sometimes the new receptionists have a hard time understanding and treating patients with past dental trauma with compassion, Catherine spoke and looked at me like I was crazy/stupid, then procceded to bad mouth me to my husband and called me rude, when I went to the rest room,& other patients were in the lobby when she said these things.

Seemed pricey at first for a DEEP Cleaning but it takes about 4 hours total at 2 hrs one day and 2 hrs the next because it is very thorough compared to the usual in and out 30 minute cleanings other dentists do. I'll be paying extra here on out for the better cleanings and technology along with the pain less procedures they provide. In short, here you get more than you pay for. Good Doctor's and Dentist's are hard to find in this town as you already know.

My twenty-one year old son went to Dr. Mostafa with several issues (wisdom teeth, cavities, possible root canal). I have went to Dr. Mostafa and I like the progressive style of treat they use there. I am a high anxiety patient when it comes to dentist but she was gentle and attentive to my low pain tolerance. Excellent experience that has help me over come my anxiety.

From the time I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I was very impressed with this office. Dr. Mostafa was very thorough, and made sure all my questions & concerns were addressed before I left. As soon as I got home, I made her my new primary dentist.

Dr. Mostafa is a soft-spoken, gentle and caring dental provider. She is patient and answers all questions fully. If there are any problems after dental work, she is available and will take care of it as immediately as possible.
