Friendly staff. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nelson was very informative, professional, and made me feel comfortable asking questions regarding my treatment options.

Extracted a tooth, simple right, wrong. But, before extraction, she asked me " why are you looking at me like that?" Totally caught off guard by unprofessionalism. Other offices had always put me at ease. When it should have been healed, little pellets came out extraction site over a period of approx. 2 months. When asked about it, it seemed she became defensive and angry. I needed a partial denture. But she pushed and pushed for implants. When partial denture was obviously malformed, she said if you chose implants you wouldn't be going through this. And sent me home that way. I chalk it up to inexperience and so obvious generating revenue for the office.
