What happened to people loving their job?
To the employees at this office: If you’re unhappy to the point where you can’t greet patients with a positive attitude, it’s time to seek a new job that brings you more fulfillment and happiness. Dental visits are already a source of anxiety for many, and it’s crucial that staff create a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Patients should feel comfortable, well-informed, and unhurried, and able to ask questions without fear of judgment. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite—rushed, uncomfortable, and with a lack of empathy from some employees. I will not return and will advise others to avoid this practice. If I were Shelby Applegate, I would address these concerns before more patients have similar experiences and get a bad reputation.

I paid upfront for my cost as demanded. They overcharged for the remander the insurace company did not pay nd now are wanting me to pay the remander.
