My 8yo went in for a root canal. Came out with a pulled tooth that won't grow in for 4 yrs. Didnt obtain informed consent or update on change in between. Wouldn't allow parent in rm with child, don't know what my child could have been subjected to. Never saw Sheila Hall DDS, only assistants entire time. Didn't put a spacer in, say they won't until they do all crowns. Have no assurance same thing won't happen again. Applauded by this office and DDS doing what they want and telling families after
