Staff and doctor are super friendly for someone with dental anxiety, however, had a root canal and crown done, not good. The temp crown was bulky, I overlooked that. The permanent crown doesn't look like a tooth, catches food, feels sensitive, um, root canal why is it sensitive??? Please understand i already have multiple crowns with no issues. Feel like I wasted my dental benefits. To top it off, while my permanent crown was being adjusted, I felt the drill on a top tooth, what??? My crown was on the bottom. When I jumped, I was told "you're ok, I was just seeing where the teeth line up". Not going back, hoping another dentist can fix this. I feel horrible, everyone is super nice, but should not be in the dental world.

I happen to be one of those people who live in absolute fear of the dentist, however after a neighbor had a terrible infection and abscessed tooth I knew I would need to get over myself and schedule a visit. Her office was very friendly on the phone scheduling, was pleasant at check in and her dental assistant was caring too, none of them made me feel bad about not having been to the dentist a long time and I observed them being just as kind to other patients including an older gentleman. They were professional and quick and made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with her practice.

Total lack of concern for the patient. Very disappointing. My husband got dentures that did not fit at all. There was no concern from Sharon or her staff We are going elsewhere for a new set as he has had no teeth since she pulled his in May

I just moved my mother from Jacksonville and was looking for a new dentist for her. I had made so many new appointments to get her established health-wise, that when it came time to attend the dental appointment I made for my mother, I realized that I misplaced the contact information and could not remember where to take her the day of the appointment. I actually drove to a few nearby dental practices in hopes that they were the correct place... no luck. However, when I stopped by "Smile, Family & Cosmetic Dentistry" and learned that "No, there was no appointment scheduled for Mom", they offered to take her right then and there. I filled out the appropriate paperwork, Mom was taken care of to her great delight, and we were finished in little over an hour. The staff was terrific, and they earned my five-star review.

Waiting for my cleaning for an hour. Other patients came and went. Guess I’m not important. Will be finding a new dentist.

Before I went to Dr. McCrary office I went to 3 major dental franchises offices to extract I tooth having Humana Insurance, all the 3 offices told me on phone they accept my insurance but when visited their offices every thing was changed, either my insurance does not cover or I have to pay so much or it they to take 3-D XRAYS and may be on my following visit the dentist will extract a tooth. My last try was to call Dr. McCrary's office it changed everything they told me they take my insurance, no need to take 3D XRAYS, no 2 visits to extract my tooth, I was in and out in 30 minutes without hassle not paying anything. I WOULD RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY. Thank you Dr. McCrary. My ratings 6 ?? stars.

I would like to highly recommend Dr. Sharon McCrary; excellent dental care and customer service. I have always been satisfied with her abilities and professional demeanor. Her staff is knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Her modest, no frills office is an indication, I believe, that I’m not being over charged; and always clean and tidy.

Dr. McCrary performed the cleaning (not sure why no dental hygienist), and did not even clean the top left side of my teeth. She cleaned my teeth in 7 minutes, needless to say, my teeth were no clean!. When I told her my eye teeth were sensitive, she told me to buy a sensitive tooth paste. No other options offered. The woman who polished my teeth did so in 2 minutes. Terrible experience, and would NEVER go back! Stay away!
