I have been to dentists in three countries. Dr. Shad Lewis is one of if not the best I have encountered. Always helpful and informative and he treats his patients with respect, and explains what he is doing. Highly recommended

In the past, he was a fine dentist. Since the pandemic, he's rude, short with clients, and VERY hard on his 2 female staff. I watched him throw dental tools and a tray, then proceed to yell at his assistant, making me feel VERY uncomfortable.
Extremely slow response time to calls. Was told email is quicker to get replies, yet even then it took over a week.
Complained to me as a patient about finding qualified help. Again, making me feel uncomfortable. If his 'help' isn't good- why would I want them touching me?

Kind and considerate with my children. Very professional and courteous. Clean and prompt so I would recommend to anyone who is local.
