I had appointment at their Laguna Beach location for a cleaning, which always includes x-Ray and scheduled visit with dentist. I arrived and was told there was no dentist that day and no x-ray was offered, which my insurance covers all if that. No contact was made that dentist would not be available, so are-schedule could be done. Then office manager Denise charged me $236 stating I had to have special 4 quadrant deep cleaning due to a code in her computer that was established 3 years ago without anyone checking my teeth status now. All was supposed to be free thru my insurance and nothing that normally is done or offered was done ir offered and then was falsely charged $236 with a bunch of fake excuses by a frustrated pushy office manager. I called the dentist that day explaining what happened and was told it would be investigated, that was a week ago, and no contact back yet from them. Be careful with this group!! I will never go back

She has solved complicated dental problems for me. Found ways around me needing implants on 2 teeth toward front of my mouth.

Went to this place because my health insurance HMO covers dental. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It is part of a network of dentists who do whatever is necessary to jack up the bill and make you pay for many more services than you need. I ended up paying $1800 for a checkup and cleaning.

It was the worst experience ever

I drive at least an hour to come see Taherian Shabnam. She, and the rest of the staff at Laguna Niguel Dental are all amazing. I literally wont see anyone else because now I'm spoiled. The level of service and they kindness they show is in my experience rare to find especially in their industry. I leave feeling better than when I came in every time. I am lucky to have found someplace as phenomenal as this place is.
