Provider ran 45 min late, displayed no empathy, in a rush. She prompted me when I could speak and tried to move on when she didn't want me to speak any further. Spent more time speaking to her dental students than appropriate. She should not be asking her many dental students standing close near me in a small room what they think my diagnosis as if I am part of a test for them. At one point I asked a question and she said that was for my students not for you. Left little time for questions telling me she was out of time and she needed to move on to her next patient. I reminded her of my 45 min extra wait as well as waiting 3 months for the actual appointment. Her response was everyone has to wait! Treated like just a number, no basic empathy skills, no trust for provider as a whole, long wait times, and care was not up to standard to justify the high out of pocket cost.
