Thank you Dr. Ulm for helping me in this difficult time (COVID-19 pandemic). You and your team are the best. Your service is friendly, fast and effective. I always feel welcome even though I cannot speak English very well. Being a 71 year old grandma in a different country, sometimes I feel out of place, but in your office I wheel welcome. Thank you for helping me.

Dr. Ulm took the time to make sure that I was TOTALLY cared for, up to and including making sure that I was completely and totally numb, which took about an hour and a half. He also continued to check on me throughout, taking breaks to re-numb me because of how quickly I metabolized the numbing agent, made sure that I was comfortable and knew what was going on in my mouth, all while taking care while removing my tooth that had decayed to the nerve gently. I have super deep roots and my tooth wouldn't budge, but Dr. Ulm didn't rush or get frustrated, he kept working to get the tooth out as painlessly as possible. I seriously could go on and on, but it was the best dental experience of my life. Dana, their practice manager, made sure that I knew exactly what was needed, what my follow up care was, and made sure that I was on the same page with my treatment. Which was something I have never experienced before. Best experience I've ever had with a dentist! Best dentist ever.

I took my family of 5 here in March '17. I sought out this place because I was tired of getting treated so poorly at other dentists for refusing fluoride. I wish I had never gone here. They have a complete lack of professionalism, have been assumptive and combative with me in every letter and conversation I have had, Have never disclosed pricing (though I gladly would pay anything for natural care) and manipulated my periodontal pocket depth testing to falsify a need for invasive treatments.

His credentials are impressive. Even though he practices biological dentistry or provides preventative care, a few days before my cleaning and checkup, his office called to say they no longer carry the insurance that I have. My feeling is that he is more interested in his bottom line than in providing preventative care for even just the basics for those of us who cannot afford to pay a certain percentage of the care up front. I fired this dentist. He is no longer an employee of mine.

I went to Dr. Ulm 4 years ago, to try his biological dentistry. After suffering through 2 poorly done crowns, I regret trying him. I recently broke a crown and his office couldn't get me in for a week. So I decided to call my previous dentist.
My previous dentist got me right in. I'm so glad I had my old dentist do the crown. It was painless and the crown is perfect. I now remember what it's like to have a good dentist work on my teeth.
I regret trying Dr. Ulm and wouldn't recommend him.

I appreciate what this office is trying to do, I wish more did what they did in being on the cutting edge of safety and support. But they're clumsy, slow, and hard to contact, and I was shocked at how much more getting a cavity filled hurt at this office then at our last place. I hope they didn't go into the natural dentistry business because skill and communication level was costing them clients; but there's a lot of evidence that's making me think they're not committed to natural living.
