February 28, 2023, Blacksburg, VA: Referred by my Dentist to have evaluation & ultimately root canal! Thank goodness as the tooth needed to be recrowned. Dr Fessenden and his wonderful Assistant Candace performed the procedure with zero pain, expert precision given a tiny #25 tooth & had 2 canals that were infected/necrotic. Modest copay & caring follow up! Couldn’t be more pleased! Staff Zachary, Stacey & Stephanie also very helpful & professional!

Absolutely I would refer or recommend Dr.Fessenden. He did outstanding work on a very difficult & inflamed tooth. Excellent chair side manner. Cared about my health & well being . Excellent staff & office manager that worked with me financially! Positive experience. Thank you !!

My son in law saw Dr. Fessenden and was so nervous but the Doctor let him know everything that was going on. he will recommend this office again and again. they honored there agreement with his Insurance. very friendly staff.

Five stars from me!! Could not have had a better experience. Dr. Fessenden knew I was in pain and got me right in and got it taken care of! I was pretty nervous and he talked me threw the whole prosses and it was a breeze! Never felt so comfortable in a dental chair!

Several months ago I brought my son here to have his tooth repaired. When we arrived I was informed that I would have to pay upfront, before any services would be rendered. Which was fine. It meant that I wouldn’t have to worry about being billed later. I specifically asked the receptionist if this was everything that I would owe, to which she answered affirmatively. I then clarified, asking a second time, “So you are saying that I will not be billed anything in addition?” To which she once again answered affirmatively. It was upon those terms that I agreed to hire their services to fix my son’s tooth pain. Unfortunately, they choose not to keep their word. They fixed my son’s tooth, and we left their office. Eight months later, an officer showed up on my porch, demanding in an aggressive tone that my children get me. My poor children were frightened to death. This officer served me with papers, telling me that I had a court date, that I had ten days to respond, and that

He did a root canal on me last March. Charged over $900.00 (much higher than most!) and now less than a year later I had to have it redone @$1020.00. I have had pain in that tooth for months. The reason was because he didn't remove all of the tissue that he should have removed! Not happy! That's one expensive tooth! Would not recommend him to anyone ever!! He does have a very fancy, plush office/waiting room....maybe that's why he charges so much! I have a new much better endodontist!!
