All I can say is Dr.Britton is the best , I had a wisdom tooth removed and 2 other teeth the same day and never was in any pain. I didn’t even feel the needles . I highly recommend him for your dental work. He’s fast and keeps you calm throughout the process, Thanks Dr.Britton!!!

Dr. Britton was recommended to me when I was new to the Charleston area and not happy with a couple of Dentists I had tried. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable. His staff are all outstanding. The people working for him have all been with him a long time. People dread going to the Dentist. Going to Dr, Britton feels like I'm going to visit family. Truly a great office

I had a very sore tooth one night and drove to his practice the next morning before anyone was in the office. I waited and was seen as soon as the dentist and one office staff could get the door opened. Everyone is always very friendly with smiles on their faces. I tell the dentist he is "my new best friend."
