Crown heavy
He is now working in upstate NY. Refuses to do silver fillings, tries to over sell over priced crowns that did not even get what i paid for. as well left a wooden piece in my gums and crown fell off within a few months due to not enough glue cement.

Terribly RUDE dentist..... Refused to fix a chipped tooth and did not further explain why. Will not return, he actually actually advised me to seek another dentist.

I do not recommend this dentist. He cares more about making money than his client's health. He wants his client to pay a huge amount out of pocket for little procedures. He will make you bleed and won't care about it! Beware!

Dr. Alexander and staff were very courteous and friendly. They took their time and explained my dental health to me. They were also really helpful with helping me find a way to finance the treatment that I needed. Their prices are very reasonable.

He examined my toothache and said the tooth was cracked and needed to be extracted also said I needed a cleaning which I knew I did. He also told me I needed another extraction because of the infection of the tooth which I know but I did but decided to wait a couple of weeks because it was not uncomfortable at the time. I was treated very well and the most important thing to me is he did not hurt me except for the needle which I knew I would feel.

This is a horrible dentist who has no bedside manner or ethics in my personal experience with him. Also his staff is quite unprofessional; they will sit at the front desk and gossip about how they don't think patients can pay for their services. I'm a one time only visitor to this so called clinic and wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy much less anyone else.

Dr.Alexander stated I needed 3 repairs +4 extractions. All repairs on upper teeth equally divided on left and right side. I was told 2 appts., one for each side. When in the chair at the first appointment he decided to complete all work at one visit. After removal of the first tooth I had substantial bleeding. Yet he choose to pull 3 more teeth. At the end of the visit he informed my daughter he had done all he could. Went right to hospital ER 4uncontrolled bleeding for 5 hours until controled
