Dr. Scott Tuchklaper, DDS

I had extensive dental work done over a short period of time. Dr Tuchklaper and his entire staff, notably his assistants, were exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The equipment is high tech; I watched them create my crowns digitally chair-side. Except for the quick pinch of a numbing needle, the entire process was virtually pain free. I am very happy with the results: 5 crowns, 2 fillings and a root/scaling. Highly recommend. They will take good care of you.

I went to Orchard Dental Group for a regular teeth cleaning. I had been going there for about 3 years. It was taking a really long time (4 hours) to wait for a teeth cleaning that I had an appointment for. I could hear Tuchklaper with other patients saying, 'You need a crown and we can do that for you today.' By the time Tuchklaper got to me, he said I needed scaling at an additional cost. I said I'll pass for today and I just want a normal teeth cleaning. HE THEN SAID THAT I COULDN'T GET A REGULAR TEETH CLEANING IF I DIDN'T PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL SCALING!!! I was literally in shock. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes until he "allowed" me to have a teeth cleaning. This dentist is so unethical and deplorable. Needless to say, I will never go back.
