The staff is really friendly; they all know us by name. Very respectful and helpful. I have had two children in braces and have spent a lot of time in the office. I have been highly satisfied with the results both times!

The staff is friendly and professional and the office is well-organized and kid friendly. Tokens and other types of motivations and awards encourage compliance with treatment.
