This place is a joke. I just needed a filling and they told me they would have to submit to my insurance before the filling could be done. That was late December. So I waited and waited and finally called the in late January. They told me it was overlooked and ha dme call my insurance company who told me everything was fine and I called back and told them what the insurance company said. The lady said they would resubmit. Now this is for a filling! I'm at a loss as to why they have been treating me this way. It has been very unprofessional and unhelpful, The opposite of what dental care and health care should be. I could forgive an oversight but this borders on harassment. After dropping the ball on the initial filing request and insurance request, when they admitted the oversight and still said they needed insurance approval. I called Aspen Dental and got in the next day. They were happy to have my business and did not need to make me wait for insurance approval.

The front desk was fantastic and they did an awesome job in communicating with me before, during, and after my procedure. It felt like family being in there and Dr. Scheurich was so nice and easy to talk to about my teeth. He was able to answer any and every question without hesitation. He definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable when it comes to dental visits. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist!

I had recommend this dentist which has been my dentist since my insurance agent suggested him when relocating to Pensacola. Great advise so I passed it along to my neighbor whose jaw had swollen up badly. She couldn’t believe how that saw here the same day as well as gave perfect advise which helped tremendously. To this day, I no longer live in Escambia County BUT I travel over an hour just to keep the same great service from the WHOLE Staff!!! What a blessing??????

No Comparison to the rest!

Good Doctor. Doesn't pull any punches. Great Office Manager. Great hygienist. Knows ho to chill out a hot tooth :). If you have insurance then there is no problem. What else can I say ? He's my 'go-to' dentist!
